Seat belt retractors came from a 2011 E90 335i msport (6 2011 production date). They have the electrical pig tails for connection into B pillar harness. Both are unreeled and tied off. If you let the them reel in and lock, this is your unfortunate problem.

Both connectors were ohmed out at 2.0 ohms so they are good and not blown.
I have been burned when I bought used seat belts and know what to look for now in terms of if the pyros have been blown from an impact. I used the air bag modules from the front seats of this car and they were good as well. This car didn't have air bags deployed so this means the belts are usable and won't cause a cluster error.

The parts are considered as is with no warranty.
