WTB 189 or 197 wheels locally?

Need to replace my two front 189's, and got screwed out of a set on FB (guy agreed to a price and pickup time, then sold em out from under me). I get it, but still sucks.

Ideally looking for TWO front 189 wheels, but open to a set of 189's, or even 197's if the price is right (I'll come on down). I like the 193 wheels too, but they seem to be more fragile than other wheels.
