Should I raise my ride height?

I need to get my brake fluid changed under warranty some time next month.
But my car is sitting quite damn low so it's impossible for them to jack up my car.
And I don't want the stealership to ruin my Hamann side skirts.
So here's my question, do they lift up the car to change the brake fluid?
If they do, should I either raise my ride height or change the side skirts to the OEM ones just for service?

I brought my car to the dealer for service and they ruined my OEM ones on the driver's side...I don't even have my car lowered and they messed it up...I found out after about it week after picking it up from detailing it...I know it was there prior to the service, but didn't notice it until week later, which I called the dealer and they said their lifts would never even touch the sideskirts if the suspension wasn't lowered...Thats B.S...If i were you, before you bring it in, show the SA the sideskirts are mint and there is not scratches to them...For me, I will do that every single time from now on especially now that I am going to get the M3 sideskirts!! I wasn't too pissed off with the OEM ones because I knew I was going the M3 sideskirts!
