4 inch speakers
It looks Ike the are not many companies making 4 inch component speakers. Who has them and did the make a huge difference over the factory hifi system?

the Hi Fi amp is the weakest part of the Hi Fi system.

I'm running Bang & Olufsen OE speakers in my E89 and they have improved the sound a lot. As I only have the base version (ie; no external amp,) I'll be adding a Vibe plug-n-play amp to improve it a bit further soon as well.

Ran my JL 600/6 with the stock speakers for a few days .
Then installed the Morels Dotecs in the doors ran that for a few days. Then installed the Jehnert Xe 200's There is not a comparison for either they are in different realm. The Hi Fi door speakers do clear up with just the amp . The Hi Fi floor speaker were still muddy with more power but at least you could hear them trying to do something. Detail and volume louder than you would ever want it is what you gain. And it doesn't distort if you turn it up. (with the listed aftermarket speakers and the JL) With New door and floor speakers and the JL the system is in a different realm approaching if not exceeding high end Home systems.
