HUGE thanks to Terry Burger!

To make a long story short, I attempted to install my JB3 yesterday and things didn't go as planned. I ran into a numerous problems and called Terry a few times during the install and he helped guide me thru each time even though he was with his family. I got to a point where I was stuck, car wouldn't start and didn't know what to do next. I gave Terry a call and told him the situation, next thing you know, he agrees to come to my house and help me finish the install! What tuner do you know that is willing to go that far to help a customer on a saturday night while they're with their family! Terry got everything working in no time and the car is a BEAST now! The car pulls like crazy! Thanks again Terry!

Terry helped me change my coupe to a throttle map switching JB3 today, on a Sunday!

In the sedan last night, I made about 4 runs last night against a E60 Black M5 who was driving like a mad man. He couldn't start pulling on me till probably 120. He then swerved and turned off real quick. I was so pissed. You have no idea how much I wanted to get next to him from a stop. (I had my DRs on). If we were close at hyper speeds, I am sure I would have pulled him from a stop. Can't wait till I see him again. If I had the high octane map, I don't think he would have caught me at all at higher speeds.

Sounds like someone other than Terry is working on the next big JBx thing.

Glad you got it all sorted out... I can't wait to get a ride in the car!

:Slightly off topic: How long is it taking the average person to install a JB3 PnP?

For a first timer, its probably 40 minutes for a PNP and 1 hour for Pin out...

yeah the really worst thing about the pin out for me rather was, taking the Jb2hr tune out. this install went about a hour but I took my time double checking wires.

No way PnP takes 45 minutes for anybody lol.

I would say 20 minutes max for PnP or something is very wrong...

Glad to hear everything was handled swiftly by Terry. Puts a lot of trust and confidence in my decision to purchase the JB3. Cannot wait to receive it in the mail.
*Side note= When I initially tried to make the purchase online for mine, I received and email back about cancelling and making a repayment to reflect the reduction in price. A real class act. JB3 FTW
