High speed syncronisation?
Hey all,
I was on FCP euro earlier today and I need to replace my oil filter housing gasket. However, there are 2 options for the OFHG, either with high speed syncronisation or without. I have a 2009 E90 335i xdrive and I am not sure how to tell the difference between the 2.

Vaguely has to do with the oil cooler and transmission option iirc. Matter of the fact is, it doesn't matter. You should have an oil cooler on an '09, and the ofhg is the same for all cars. Just don't buy the elring seals and you're fine.

Being ‘09 don’t have anything with having oil cooler or not. In fact, plenty didn’t.

All with flat basic seats were setup at 130mph. Some destined for poor road maybe 110mph? If you look at S840A you can find bmw documents on the subject. Not sure about FCP and they aren’t a source I would rely on. They are parts repairer and get the info from bmw.
