N55 Low Boost Data Log Review

Hi All,
Hoping someone could take a look at these data logs and let me know what you think. Curious why the actual boost and load is so far under requested while there are little to no timing corrections, and the WGDC is also pretty low. Also if you all wouldn't mind taking a look at the fueling too, having a low fuel rail pressure shadow code but HPFP was just replaced and getting healthy data logs? Here are a few logs. CAI, VRSF catted DP, ARM chargepipe + silicone connectors, ARM intercooler. Thanks in advanced!

Having same thing happen, everything is good on stock tune but every other map I have the problem.
