Wipers won't turn off and headlights flickering after bleeding procedure

Hi guys, weird issue here on my 335xi 2009. So I did a bleeding procedure, the one when you put the heater to max and fan to low. Everything went well, and the car was on the battery charger plug in on the red terminal and ground under the hood. Right after the bleeding, the cars wipers started to go on for no reasons, and the headlights started flickering. Now I can't start the car. Do you know what happened ?

It was a dead battery if anyone is wondering
