Canadian instrument cluster

Hey guys. Having bought my car in the US, I of course get a speedometer with miles and kilometres with miles on top. Few questions about the Canadian one.

Is the dash pure kilometres or does it have miles as well; basically the US speedo flipped?

The instantaneous fuel gauge is in L/100km, right?

You guys get the normal indicator lights that the rest of the world gets that uses icons instead of words for the e-brake and check engine, right?

This is what we have...

If the dash has KM on top and Mi on the bottom, L/100 km, and normal lights, I think I want to have my dash replaced. I'll probably call a dealer in Ottawa (heading there in January) to have it done if that's possible. I don't see why it wouldn't be...

Just Km's/hr and L/100km's. Otherwise, identical. But, newer model years have engine oil temps instead of the fuel consumption gauge.

Oh, bummer. I thought you guys had the normal/Euro indicator lights. Maybe they do in QC.

Check your manual. It should have the Canadian symbols in there.

So I looked at my cluster and we have the euro one. We have the engine symbol instead of "check engine soon." We don't have BRAKE, we have ((!)).

They do? I have a 2008 328xi and mine shows fuel consumption.

Only the 335 has the engine oil temp.

edit: I think the M3 has it as well.
