Strut, knuckle, and M3 control arm assembly questions on E90 328i? What bolts to repl
Hey!
So, I'm going to keep this short, and ask the questions I need to ask. I was just going to replace struts, but my knuckle was cracked on the right, prompting me to move forward with my M3 arm job since I'm right here. I have struts (going to my shop to get coils swapped over) knuckles, and control arms off. I'm going to FCP euro tomorrow morning to pick up the arms and knuckle, and am curious what hardware I need to replace with all of these, if any. I know a lot of bolts/nuts are one time use. I'm also curious what parts I need to lube during reassembly, besides the brake rotors. I'm familiar with the mechanical aspect of the tear down and rebuild, but want to make sure I cross my t's and dot my I's as I'm in uncharted territory for myself with so many parts off. Thanks!!! |

FCP has a complete hardware kit with all replacement nuts/bolts required for the control arm replacement. If you're going there, simply ask them for the hardware kit.
