Injector recall for a production date 2009-10-20 e90 n54?

Hi,

I was wondering if there were any recalls for injectors for a 2009 production lci 335i. I was searching up and they had one for 10 years or 120k miles. Im guessing since it's been more than 10 years since the production date, they can't issue a recall for injectors? I'm currently at 98k miles with my OEM index 7s. I also put my car in Vin in nhtsa and it tells me I have 0 Recalls.
