Looking for a place to repair a run-flat tire around Sarasota, FL

I have stock 19" Bridgestone tires on 2021 X3. I believe they're run-flats. Only 15K on the tires and they still have great amount of thread left in them - would be a shame to replace.

Wife got a nail in one of the tires. Tire Kingdom is a pre-dominant tire shop around here. I called two locations and both told me they won't repair run-flats.

I did find a bunch of info on BMW forums that as long as the nail is in the thread and not in the sidewall, run-flats are repairable. Just need help finding a place that will do it. Any suggestions?

Run Flats are not repairable, you will need to replace it with a new or used tire.
