Actuator code 5463
Hello, I am trying to trouble shoot my 328xi. I have used inpa to scan and clear the vgsg codes. Then as soon as starting the car I got the light back and the 5463 code. I have already removed the actuator and turned the car on with it removed from the case and the gear moves. I also took it apart and inspected the worm gear which looked good. Is it possible that the actuator is still bad or is there possibly something else causing this code? I just want to make sure before I go and buy another actuator.
