Looking to pick up something new! I have a budget of 8k, which I understand is fairly low but I’m not looking for anything perfect or with low mileage. I would prefer a manual, but an automatic is also fine.

This is under $8K, but overpriced in my opinion given the mileage and condition. Two years ago similar cars were selling for around $3000. In early 2020 I passed on a high mileage 06 325i 6MT with a $3000 asking price - it was advertised on this forum and nobody was interested. I didn't need a second car so I shared the info with a friend and he bought it and has been driving it trouble-free since then.

Perhaps the current market still justifies those prices
