Overboost hell!!!

Hey guys, I'm completely stumped here. Maybe someone can help.

2010 335i N54
JB4 with backend flash by Phuong Khac Vu
3.5 map sensor with burger harness
VIV 19t Amazon turbos adjusted for the wastegates to be shut at -6in hg
Relocated inlets
Upgraded outlets
7inch stepped intercooler

The issue I'm having is the car continues to overboost hard to about 25psi. The tuner says the waste gates are not opening.

I tried putting a different set of boost solenoids on, same issue.
I checked the vacuum lines 100 times. They go from the vacuum pump over the engine to the right side port on the boost solenoid. Then the left port goes to each waste gate and they are Tee'd.

I'm at a complete loss. I don't know what else could cause this overboost issue.

Are the actuator rods hitting your downpipes v-bands?

Are you running the boost solenoid bypass from that other thread

It really does sound like there is a physical restriction to one or both of the wastegate actuator rods like Dave suggested. If it is an actuator rod issue, your turbos would continue to overboost with the vacuum lines disconnected. I would try that as a test.

Hey sorry I didn't update the thread.

The car had an original JB4 in it.

Deleted that and went full MHD custom tune and she's a monster!!
