I feel a hiss with amp on the channel

hallo i have a navi professional original
yesterday i have installing an amp with the hi level (no rca) and when i connect the channel of hi level in input i feel a hiss

how i can resolvin the problem??
i have the 4800 phonocar amplifer

Ciao Marcello

Check that you have wired the hi-level polarity correctly (check the positve and negative of the speaker cable are correct)

If that is correct, the gain on the amp might be set too high.

What speakers are connected to the amp?

i have chech with the tester the polarity it is right!!!
i have down the gain but the noise is same
