Rail pressure same as lpfp sensor
Hey everyone, I had a question for what would cause the rail pressure to be the same as lpfp sensor? I’ve replaced hpfp and lpfp sensor and still rail pressure reading is same as lpfp sensor which is abt 70-72 psi! Could it be a stuck open injector? Arfs at idle are 14-15 and fans are blowing at full speed for some reason right after starting it. Code is “29E2 DME: fuel inejector rail, pressure-sensor signal.” What should I check for? Already checked all fuel lines from hpfp to injectors and there’s no leaks. Any help at this point will be appreciated thanks!

You wrote "...replaced hpfp and lpfp sensor..." Do you mean the hpfp sensor and lpfp sensor...or the hpf pump itself, AND the lpfp sensor? Either way, you need to double check the hpfp pressure sensor is plugged in snugly, and is functioning - it may be bad. You almost certainly do not have a stuck injector, at least based on your description of the problem. What does your engine sound like at idle vs. under load (acceleration)?
