Blowby heater possibly ruined intake manifold

Check engine light is on and mixture control 1 and 2 fault codes come up (29E0, 29E1) I did some snooping around and noticed the PCV blowby heater elbow melted as the recall mentioned might happen. It unfortunately looks like it maybe melted a hole in the breather hose and also possibly ruined one of the screw holes for its mounting.

I am going to replace the hose and have to repair the electrical connector as well. https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/bmw...-12527507529kt

My question is do you think the intake manifoldis still usable? If the hole is too loose / threads melted how would I go about fixing that? Epoxy?

Why not have BMW repair it under the recall?

BMW will replace the manifold free of charge if you take it in for the recall. Exactly the same thing happened to my car.
