what to replace while doing headgasket?

Hello! My head gasket has been leaking for a while now and it's time to replace it and before anyone comments. Yes, I am certain it's the head gasket and not the oil cooler gasket. So this is the list I have made so far, and I'm just wondering what more should be replaced while the head gasket is being replaced?

What about timing chain guides and chain tensioner? Not sure if N54 has those issues.
