Muffler Delete
Hey guys, iam thinking doing the muffler delete. However the muffler guy said he has done it on a 335 before and said its REALLY loud, is it true?? Also i plan on getting the 3.7 TI tips from cyba would there be problem welding them onto the straight pipes?

the muffler delete will be way too loud and it'll drone like crazy too. not to mention that it kind of makes it sound like a ricer w/ a fartcan... get magnaflow mufflers or something instead if you want it cheap

I just did the muffler delete and it does drone quiet a bit but its not too bad for my taste. However the car does sound a shit load meaner. Its kind of like a louder g35/350z sound without the fake purrrr... Here is the thread where you can get a sound clip. In person, its a bit louder...

Here are a couple of examples of the sound with the secondary cats deleted:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ho_OrIrxhTw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuDsguy_SGo You will not have any problems with error codes or anything since you are not messing with the primary cats. |
