Intermittent Limp-Mode

Hello,
My 320d N47 intermittently goes into limp on average twice per trip.
The only significant code that comes up is 004933 "Air System - air to EGR mass flow plausibility".
No symptoms except the code, car feels fine to drive and when the limp mode disappears, normal power returns.
Anything I should check?

Check the intake system for boost leaks.
