0041F2 - Fan not working

couple of days ago I removed the fan to pop a radiator hose back on. After reassembling everything and topping up the coolant I noticed the AC wasn't working and the car throws the 0041F2 code for the fan not activating.

I've checked the fuse which appears to be in a good shape, though the teeth of the fuse are quite brown ish (not sure if that could affect it)

The wiring on the connector to the fan seems to be okay visually.

Can I get some thoughts on this? Since it's a 335d I was unable to find the relay for the fan to get it checked

UPD: fuse is fine, checked it with a multimeter.
