Can these stains be removed?

Hello, everyone!
So, I have no idea what that is.
I was able to clean those stains VERY easily that were on a metal surface, such as the door.
However, the stains that are on the plastic, will not come off. I tried Goo Gone, nail polish remover (tried in a tiny section that was on the inside close to the tire just to see what would happen and nothing), tried polishing with Meguiar's Ultimate Polish, etc…

Any idea how to get them off?

Maybe some type of tire sidewall product that got flung up? Maybe a clay bar will remove it?

I tried claying those sections and it did not do anything at all.

Have you tried spraying it with a glue and tar remover, you could try an iron fall out remover too.

I tried WD-40 and that didn't work.
Goo-gone also didn't work.
Those stains appear to be embedded onto the surface as it is very smooth once you pass your hand on it.

I’d try a 50-50 mixture of distilled white vinegar and water. This lifts severe hard water spots off paint so it may be worth giving a shot for this issue too. Good luck.

OP. Are you the original owner or 2nd owner. Is it remotely possible that it has PPF and the film has taken on a staining . I doubt it but IME, PPF does stain if not -sealed- periodically

I'm the first owner.
The car gets waxed almost once a month as I enjoy detailing my own car.
I am puzzled that those stains won't come off with all the things I have tried so far. The entire car had been waxed a couple of weeks prior, so kind of crazy that those stains got in so deep.

i see you are in central florida. we must have been driving on the same road. i got the same stuff on my wifes white jeep on the left rear fender only. havent tried too hard to do too much as its getting traded in for an aviator shortly.

but superior detailer is a place i had my G wagon and range rover ceramic coatings applied and he does a damn good job.

I would try a dipped in water 2500 wet and dry paper on it. Only try on a tiny section. Little to no pressure and see if it moved them.

Then with a DA polisher you can remove the sand lines using a Meguiars cut finished with a 3M Perfect-It III Ultrafina SE Polish to restore back to perfect

I'm always afraid of messing with sand paper on a car.

I went there today.
I spoke to Steve and he is a very nice guy. He has a great GENUINE positive attitude.
The wait there is about 2-3 weeks, but I guess it is worth the wait.
I will keep you all posted.

Report back. Be curious what was the root cause. The clear is the same clear on the panels. Odd it was good on one but not the other

My wife's white X4 had similar staining, both the orange dots, as well as drip stains down from the mirrors and door handles.

A very light pass over with an orbital polisher using a soft pad and meguiars polish compound removed it very easily.

Edit - I see you mentioned you tried a polish, but did you do it by hand, or did you use an polisher? I was not able to get the stuff off by hand, but the orbital polisher did the trick easily for me.

I tried the polisher with Meguiar's Ultimate polish. I also got Meguiar's Ultimate Compound and did it by hand and it did nothing.
Maybe I will try it with a polisher. I do have a strong feeling that I need to find a good degreaser or something.
This puzzles me! For real…
