Purchased as a CPO from BMW of Louisville KY in 2010 as the 2nd owner.

New tires purchased 07/2020. Have only put 4-5k on new tires.
Car currently does not run. It is at a BMW specialist shop and needs a new battery and alternator. They quoted $1700. This car is hardly driven anymore, and we do not need it. I am not interested in putting this amount of money into it for it to sit.

Additionally, the car needs a new windshield and the trim that goes around the windshield. **See pictures***

There is also some damage on the passenger side rocker panel and the passenger side rear bumper, it is superficial. There is superficial scratches on the rims. The driver’s seat has the infamous leather crack but its not cracked all the way through the leather.

No major accidents, 1 minor fender bender that caused the passenger side rear bumper issue. No major insurance claims, only for towing due to tire issues.

Have service records for the vehicle. Significant services include:

• Valve cover gasket replaced 8/11/2021
• Crank sensor replaced 12/22/2020
• Radiator, control sleeve and drive belt replaced 8/6/2020
