Question Valvetronics issues/Calibration -HELP!-

I am new to owning a BMW and trying to learn some of this so any help here is welcome. Here is my current situation with my 2011 e90 (328i):

I am currently using INPA & NCSExpert with KDCAN cable for diagnostics and clearing codes. The car seems to go into limp mode shortly after starting and is hunting for idle. Here are the error codes that keep coming back from the DME/DDE Module:

2A3F
2A77
2A31
2A47

They all seem to be related to the valvetronics system and wanted to try recalibrating the motor first before checking individual components since this began after a battery short. Do I need ISTA in order to recalibrate? if so, which version and where can I actually get a legitimate copy and is there some sort of license key I need? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
John

It's called Standard Tools in the download and
includes a coding and other programs.
See link for ista D

Ista D makes everything easier as it's all in English
is essentially a shop manual with as searchable data base.

the above links should help you with both Inpa and Ista D
I believe Inpa has the calibration it's just buried in the menu's
See bimmerprofs link.
