O2 errors - 2C7E and 2C2B
I'm getting these two codes, 2C7E and 2C2B, on my 243k miles N52 with 3 stage intake.
INPA and google translate tell me: 2C7E - "Exhaust gas after catalytic converter too lean" and "P114B Mixture fine control via lambda probe (bank 1, after catalytic converter) - system too lean" 2C2B - "Lambda probe in front of the catalytic converter, system check", "P2196 - Oxygen sensor (bank 1, before catalyst) - signal stuck on rich", "mixture too rich" What would cause a too rich error BEFORE the Cat, and a too lean error AFTER the Cat (both on bank 1)? Any way to test the bank 1 O2 sensors? Can I swap the bank 1 and bank 2 sensors, to see if the error moves banks? (Believe I read the sensors are different for each bank...) I appreciate any thoughts! |

Thx for the reply. With 244k miles, decided the o2 sensor was due in any case, so replaced that earlier today. So far so good, but have only driven a few miles...
