Exhaust leak noise? Video inside

Every time I coldstart my 2006 E90 330d, it seems that it has some kind of leak, I would tell that an exhaust leak. https://photos.app.goo.gl/gZzf3DWmWRA5YbPM6 As you can see it starts making the noise in some seconds, and then it remains making that "leaking" engine noise.
