Here are my bests... I have ran several tunes, so I will list them all... 0-60 is not a very good judge of power though with so many traction problems at these power levels, because to get the best times, sometimes, like with my best 4.1 time, I actually had to ease into the throttle in 1st and 2nd.

My best 0-60 STOCK = 5.1
My best 0-60 with SSTT 4.7
My best 0-60 with jb3 1.1 = 4.3
My best 0-60 procede revII v3.2 = 4.1

I have a racelogic Vbox and a Gtech RR for testing. I don't like to break traffic laws, so I didn't record any 0-100 runs...

0-60 is so traction dependent, I was spinning my tires and modulating the throttle to hit 4.1, if that was all traction and no spin with full throttle getting under 4 wouldnt be a problem. Most, if not all, of the 335 sub-4 sec 0-60 times are either XI or with drag radials.

Came across this a few weeks back and saved the pic. Not my car as I suck , and with the amount of snow we have gotten here recently my best 0-60 would require a few husky's and a dog sled

my best Gtech time was a 4 flat on the stock runflats......not sure I really believe it or not. My car made the power, just not the traction.
