That profile view looks really good. Still not a fan of ZB though.

Also, look how much better the car looks clean and shiny. I don't know why BMW doesn't always properly prep their cars before displaying them. Makes all the difference in the world.

All the BMW photo's are retouched to make ZB less washed out. If you look at the various Youtube videos, none of them show as dark as the BMW photos do.

Here's a video from what looks to be the same location which matches the washed out blue that everything but BMW press photos show.

It’s the lighting from what I can tell. If you look at the ground and hood in the vid Vs the pics it almost looks like the official bmw ones were taken on a cloudy day. ZB looks great in darker conditions, but once that light hits looks more white/flat. I’m going with it most likely since everyone is picking TR lol!

Yes, ZB is definitely much lighter in direct sunlight. Agreed.

It certainly appears that there will be an abundance of TR chewing up the roads.

The M-color doorcards is my favourite bit about the design of the M2 (genuinely). Sadly, thats not the good thing. But I want to see it in person to tell if this is as ugly of a car as it looks in pics. Till then, still reserving my judgement.

Especially these closeups are useless as they are all taken with wide lens, which is nothing like human eye perceives things.

I guess that's a matter of opinion and I respect that but the overall feedback on the rear end are almost unanimously negative, so you might be on an island there..

The car is a home-run performance wise but it appears like the front and rear bumpers look like they belong on an entirely different vehicle. They took a curvy design language and slapped a bunch of hard straight lines where they don't belong merely for the exaggerated effect. It seems like the designer wanted to leave a mark rather than respect the heritage of the model.

Anyways, I'm crying over spilled milk but that's just my perspective.
