Query: Correct tire mounting pin for an e90?
So-- my best friend's kid just got his first car (he still only has his permit)-- a 2010 e90 328xi X-Drive w/ MT.
If I didn't know better, I'd *swear* that my buddy's wife and I had bumped uglies-- the kid takes after me with cars FAR too much to be my (mechanically ignorant) best friend's kid. Anyhow, we spent all day yesterday doing a full brake job, replacing filters, replacing a tail light, etc. and the kid had a little troubler seating the wheels on the center bore and using bolts (he actually asked "Where are the studs?") I thought I'd get him a couple of centering pins to help him out, but I'm not sure if they're 1.25 or 1.5 pitch as I know next to nothing about a 2010 e90. A little help? TIA-- R.

M12x1.5. Maybe just buy a stud conversion kit? I run studs on my E36M3 and F90M5 and also ran them on my E90M3.

The pins will work just fine for him. Thanks-- I wasn't sure between 1.25 and 1.5. R.
