Speed cameras on 2008-2 DVD

Hi

I bought original 2008-2 DVD Professional from the a BMW dealer, but without speed cameras.I would like download DVD data on my PC,add speed cameras and then burn it on a new DVD disk?

Is it possible and how can be done?

look on www.torrentz.com i have 2009-1 with all european speed cams ... i cannot remember the exact name
