Selling my very clean unmolested e90 N54 6MT LCI. Clean title, no accidents, manual transmission, 74,696 miles.

This is my 4th e9X, and second N54. The car drives smooth, quiet, solid and unbelievably quick. Nothing is broken, sticky, rattling, loose or missing. It's a bit of a unicorn. I did a ton of work to it, all documented. I’m sad to list it for sale since and wasn't planning to. Looks stock apart from the M-Sport OEM M-Sport (193) rims I bought. Purchased from SHIFT in 2020 with 65k miles after looking for over a year. It was in the CA bay area before, serviced only at BMW dealerships. Read on for work done, it's the closest to a new N54 6MT sedan today I think (interior and mechanical condition).

I did an oil change today (11/15) while taking pictures of the underbody, as I already bought everything to do so.

Maintenance:
-Genuine BMW Front Z4 35is 2-piece rotors (#34116782593 4lbs lighter overall) and new coated rear rotors with Akebono pads (at 65,555 miles)
-Michelin Pilot Sport 4S + Alignment at BMW Vista (at 65,559 miles)
-Oil Change with Castrol Full Synthetic European Formula (at 65.5k, 68.9k, and 72.7k and today 74.7k miles)
-Cabin air filter and Engine air filter replaced every second oil change (included filters for your next oil change)
-New Bosch oem coils and NGK .022" gapped plugs (at 66,616 miles)
-New Genuine BMW ignition button (old one was peeling)
-New passenger handle (old one was sticky, known e90 issue)
-Walnut blasting (at 66,712 miles, have pictures)
-Transmission fluid change with Redline ATF4, and rear diff fluid with Castrol Syntrax Long Life 75W-90 (at 68,934 miles)
-Front and Rear (ATE/Bosch) wheel speed sensors (at 72,220 miles)
-New Genuine BMW wipers
-New Genuine BMW floor mats

Improvements / Modifications (all done since I own it):
-Bavsound Complete Stage One Speaker system (sounds incredible)
-VRSF Chargepipe
-VRSF 5” Stepped Intercooler
-VRSF Catless Downpipes
-MHD Stage 2 Tune
-BMW 2-Piece Z4 35is front brake rotors (part 34116782593) with Akebono pads (4lbs lighter overall)
-Genuine BMW ZHP 6-speed shift knob
-Genuine BMW M-Sport steering wheel trim
-Genuine BMW trim with Carbon Fiber wrap (looks real on original trim)
-Genuine BMW Style 193 ‘spider’ M-Sport 18” rims (period and model correct)
-Genuine BMW Performance Pedal Set
-Bovee Bluetooth Music Streaming Module
-Window tints with front matching rear
-LED running lights (white angel eyes)

Cosmetic Imperfections:
-Some small cosmetic blemishes particularly on the front (bumper/hood), I bought the car with them pre-existing
-Rash on the front bumper bottom sides
-A scratch on the passenger side plastic skirt, I think from a piece of tire or car part on the highway I went over


Two keys included, original BMW leather case with owner's manual and docs, folder with documentation, new spare parts and the original DPs, intercooler etc. Have the carfax from when I bought it in 2020.

First, feel free to send an offer if interested.

Second, consider doing your research before such statements. I did a quick search, and the least expensive clean title e9X M3 LCI with 6MT I found were $31.9k and over, and M3 Sedan 6MT with similar miles is listed for $39.9k.

Having come from an M3, $20k right now gets you a clapped out E93 automatic with 150k.

I paid $22.5 for my E90 Msport 6MT with the exact same miles earlier in the year. I think given the documented condition which looks very clean it's certainly a reasonable start for someone looking for an N54 that hasn't been completely molested.
