Battery positive terminal cable broke

Hey everyone, so my car just randomly shuts off and I discover that my main red cable is completely broken and unattached under the metal cover right where you see the electrical tape is in the attached photo. Any idea on how to fix this? Or what the proper name for that metal housing/elbow is called?

I'm really not trying to buy a whole new red power cable and run it all the way through the car. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like there's a break at the wheel well.

Not sure if that's exactly for your car or not.
