just got to the end, most of these pollution (90%) are not from diesel cars ...

it says petrol emits as much as diesel with DPF. i guess that's why they require PPF nowadays. but the thing is by far the major proportion of pollution (assuming you have DPF, PPF) are not from cars. at least not in the developed world with emissions regulations ...
