Hello,
My friend car 328i 2013 BMW has 11L/100km mileage
my car 2011 E90 323 2011 only gives me 8L/100km mileage.

How can I make sure my car is efficient and how can i get good mileage out of it?

I always ride like a grandpa
I always premium fuel in the car
Oil filter, air filter changed recently

I have OBD bluetooth scanner if that helps

8 liters per 100km is pretty efficient for an e90 (29mpg for American folk). If you want more get a honda. I get 21-23mpg (11l/100km) in 06 n52b30 mashing the pedal most of the time. I'm surprised your friend is only getting 11l/100km (21mpgs) on a 4 cylinder turbo which should technically have more efficient combustion. He's gunning it.

when I bought this car used 2 years ago I used to see 10l/100km on the dashboard but I rarely see that
