wiring not connected and radio with please help signal problems please help !!!

I found them after taking glove box out the two pin black plug has a lot of wires looks like it comes from front of car but I can’t see where to connect it the round one I have no idea either and that is at front of passenger footwell. I also have a radio problem it doesn’t get any signal for radio and wondered if these wires are related to that problem ? Thanks I’m advance Attached Images
