MHD Licenses questions

Hi! just wanted to write a quick post too see if anyone might have an answer. Im picking up a new 335i (n54) and the current owner currently has an MHD super license and i wanted to see if its possible for the current owner the transfer over the account / super license? Thanks in advance!

Unless he plans on giving you his email address and password there is no way, the licences are also Vin locked
