e90 n55 2011 Stall 2BC0 2BF4 2C42 codes
I have a 2011 335xi with the n55 engine, I run full stage 2 e30 mix with supporting mods(downpipe, charge pipe, intercooler, intake). I did not upgrade the lpfp yet but haven't had any problems running e30 for a few months until recently. Now that's not to say that the e30 mix is the issue. Within the past week, my car has stalled out while in drive twice when stopping at a stoplight and once while just sitting parked while it was warming up. The first two times, the car was warm when it stalled, and all 3 times, it has thrown an engine light. I replaced the hpfp about 1 year ago or 12k miles so I'm against assuming it's that. I also did the plugs within the last 3 months and coils within the last year.
I like to run the e30 mhd tune bc my car just seems to run much smoother on it, and e85 is cheaper. I'll tune it back to stock on 91 when I need to fill up next but I don't think it's the tune. I've read a few other threads that say it could be MAF or rail pressure sensor. I don't have any weird numbers coming from the rail sensor or the MAF though. I'll attach a log from this morning. https://datazap.me/u/jritzgarage/rig...og=0&data=4-20 |

Hey man did you ever get this solved? I'm getting 2BEA and 2C42 codes. I looked at your log and your lambda afr is stable around 14. Mine were in the 14 range at idle about a month ago too but now i have SES light with afr's of 235.2 constantly.
I just cleaned the MAF with the CRC cleaner and it didn't help. I'm leaning towards replacing the MAF or o2 sensor right now

Update, just in case anyone else comes looking.
Replaced both of my o2 sensors and it fixed the problem. The issue may have been the pre cat or post cat, I'm not super sure which one is read on the MHD app. As I was typing this up I realized that I could've enabled the voltage readings for the o2 sensors on the MHD logging options tab and could've checked that way. Oops. Lambda reading was still way off though at all times including idle and driving. It was maxed at 235 constantly with the occasional blips to like 8 or 9. All is good after replacing both o2 sensors. No codes after WOT. Any way, good luck yall
