Dension Gateway 500 - Installation
Thought it would be a good idea to start up a new thread since there are a few of us who have purchased a Dension recently. Mine turned up last night!!
First question I have is that the instructions state the it needs to be connected to an unswitched power source. I'm going to install the unit in the boot beside the existing CD changer, does anyone know where the best place to grab the power from? Also, does anyone know if it would cause an issue if I connected it directly to the battery? |

Cheers, I will give that a go. One thing i did notice was that the power harness for the dension has a fuse on the -ve side instead of the +ve. Do you reckon I still need to place an additonal fuse on the +ve side i connect to the battery?
