2009 E90 320i - Rear Door (can't open!)
Both of the passenger side door actuators on my sons 2009 E90 recently failed. I have replaced the front but can't get the rear door open.
Can't open the door from outside/inside handles no matter what I try! I have tried pulling up the door lock interior button, locking/unlocking whilst jiggling the handles but no luck. Is there any tricks that you guys know about here? I can't replace the actuator if I can't get the door open! Many thanks in advance for any suggestions. |

I guess try removing the door panel.
But I'm sure you are looking for an easier option before trying that..

Thanks for your reply.
I was hoping to avoid trying to get door trim off without getting the door open. Looks like will have to try. The car is cherry and the door trims have never been off, would be a shame to potentially break things. |

Thanks Socket.
I have removed door trims before, but not looking forward to it without having the door open. Will rip out the back seat to give me some room & see how I go. |
