FS: 2003 X5 3.0 xdrive, many options, lots of recent service
For sale, $4500 OBO, single family owned since brand new back in 2003 X5, 6 cyl, many options, power front and rear seats, window shades, heated front seats, all work well. This vehicle is 20 years old, paint looks fantastic, but has chips, some scratches and what you would expect, however the color is rich and looks great. Full exterior was paint corrected and polished, many think the car is 5 years old. This car is not mint, it is 20 years old, has wear and tear on interior and exterior, seats etc. but it's a really nice vintage vehicle!
We have spent OVER $10k in service over the past 2 years to bring this car back to original and done many service items. Here is a sampling of what has been done. 1) Brand new tires, all 4 including the spare are NEW 2) New front brakes 3) NEW Power steering pump 4) NEW Power steering high pressure hose 5) Oil change 6) NEW belt systems: drive belt, tensioner, idler pulley 7) 3 out of 4 windows have had their regulators replaced. Some rattling now due to replacement, but they work! Last window needs replacement, but they are $500 each 8) NEW cabin air filter 9) all NEW spark plugs 10) NEW thermostat 11) NEW ignition coils, all 6 12) NEW hood struts 13) NEW center drive bearing 14) NEW front control arms 15) NEW rear shocks 16) NEW Mass air flow meter 17) NEW A/C Compressor 18) NEW rear hatch release 19) Changed transmission fluid 20) Changed rear diff fluid 21) NEW rear subframe bushings 22) re-conditioned front headlights and removed all hazing 23) NEW headlight, tail light and turn signal bulbs This car is in great shape but needs someone to take it to the next level. What is currently needed per our mechanic is: -Lower radiator hose -Oil filter housing -Engine oil pan -Front crank seal -P/S low pressure line w/reservoir -Transmission has some mild shudder once in a while, mechanic says nothing to do at this point This car will be a classic and is ready for someone to continue its rehab! Reach out for more details. |
