I know people have installed BMW Assist and have gone to dealers to have them program it in. Is it possible to go and have it removed?

I want to take the factory stereo out and not have the SOS error come up.

I wonder if its removed from the vehicle order if it'll magically disappear from functioning after a re-programming of the car... All countries don't have assist so it'd be interesting to see the differences in vehicle order/coding between them. I'm thinking it would definitely be possible...

Don't you have some friends somewhere with Autologic?
