Greetings enthusiasts! This is a 2010 535i xDrive Sports Wagon outfitted with a 6 speed manual transmission, equipped with the Cold Weather, Premium and M Sport packages, in the rare color of Titanium Silver. 2010 was the final year of 5 Series wagons built for North America. Clocking in at a relatively low 85k miles, this example has lived a pampered life in the Hamptons and has the service history to show she was maintained with an open checkbook. Recalls have been completed for the most troublesome N54 items such as the High Pressure Fuel Pump at 17k miles and all new (index 12) fuel injectors at 67k miles. In the past year she received new rear tires, a wheel alignment, new front brakes (pads and rotors), 6 new spark plugs and ignition coils, new valve cover gasket, and a new battery. Carfax shows no accidents or damage and I am only the third owner. Full maintenance records from BMW Southampton included. Clean title in hand, ready for her next caretaker.

For reference, this car was bid to $33,000 last year on Bring A Trailer but did not meet reserve price. The high bidder did not wish to follow through with the purchase so now you have the chance to acquire this special vehicle at fair market value with no auction premium.

Cons: Seat belt chime intermittently activates for passenger seat. Two of the power adjustments don't operate on the front comfort seats. Small crack in corner of windshield, hardly visible from driver seat. Small scratch with rust forming above rear wheel well. Dealership noted a possible oil leak at the last service but I haven't narrowed it down yet. Could be residual from when the VCG was replaced in 2021. OFH is clean so possibly rear main seal or oil pan gasket. Has never leaked a drop of oil or needed topping up between changes.
