Looking to lease a 335i sedan

hey guys, new to this board, been lurking on e90 for about a couple of years here and there, im looking to get a 335i sedan for my wife, mainly just to lease, whats a good deal?

im looking for :
2008 ( i know thats gonna be cheaper than 09 )
4dr but if coupe is a better deal i wouldn't mind either
navi+bluetooth+hid
auto ( steptronic ? )
manaco blue/alpine white/montego blue/jet black/crimson red
aluminium trim
will 24 month or 36 month be a better deal? 10k-12k is fine with me

ive seen people with 0 down around 5-550 36 months? wondering if therse a better deal ?

also IF i were to get a good deal and actually lease this car , i also have a few questinos regarding to simple mods to this car :

hks sequential bov <-- i like the sound for that
golf tee mod? <-- i dont really know what it is but it seems like a good + cheap diy mod
was thinking about making the navi screen also enable to play dvds there
hid fogs

^ any of those will void warranty ?

thanks in advance , i appericate anyone that can help me on this !

as far as I know, 08 will be pretty much the same as 09 since they no longer have trunk money and the residual is also lower. The deal that you get this month will be a little worse than the last month since the residual of the 09 went down about 3 percent for the sedan, not so sure about the coupe.

Also, money wise, 36 months lease is better

I'm in the same boat. I'm about to lease an e90 LCI 335i. Does anyone know about what the best money factor and residual you can negotiate for right now is? I saw that there's a list that was passed around that mentions the money factors, but that was before the new year and I don't know if those have changed or not.
