BMW 4x4 not engaging
Alright, so I purchased a 07 manual bmw e90 328xi (my first car) a couple months ago.
Since then I’ve been slowly chipping away at some minor issues including wheel speed censors and what not. Now its time to tackle to larger issues at hand. 4x4 not working as well as steering angle sensor. These are the current codes I’m getting: Safety and information module (SIM): 1 error •A6CF: AUC_SENSOR Transfer box: •55C3: VGSG four-wheel-drive system activated. No DXC setpoint default. 55D0: •55D0 CAN_MESSAGE_LENKRADWINKEL, C4 Dynamic stability control: •94C7: DSC-SZL: Error entry for SZL: StartUp LWS Shadow Zero point data CRC error •5EBA: Steering angle sensor: status error. Steering angle signal invalid or steering angle signal only relative. Center position unknown. Learning quadrant active. Steer to the stop. Instrument panel: •E104: CAN LOW ERROR ABSKWP: •94C7:- DSC-SZL: Error entry for SZL: StartUp LWS Shadow Zero point data CRC error •5EBA:- Steering angle sensor: status error. Steering angle signal invalid or steering angle signal only relative. Center position unknown. Learning quadrant active. Steer to the stop. What I’ve tried so far: •Cleaned the steering angle sensor disc •Turning wheel all the way left and all the way right Car runs great other than the lack of 4x4. Any help is appreciated. Also this is my first time using a forum so please let me know if there is anything i need to be doing differently |
