New Peter Pan Service dept in Burlingame

Peter Pan BMW is building a huge service center in Burlingame and expanding the showroom in San Mateo. Kind of sucks for me as I live in SM, but it's supposed to be pretty impressive.

Also, found a shop the will read and clear BMW codes- Alternative BMW Service in San Mateo. Guys a BMW master tech - John 650-375-8796

My dad services at Peter Pan all the time. Great service, but showroom is quite lackluster.

New Service Center in Burlingame

Just wanted to inform everyone that I got my car serviced at their new parts and service center that just opened on 10/5/09.

It's pretty impressively nice and big. So much better than their old facility that was small and attached to their showroom. Has free snacks and coffee in the big waiting area. The service was expedient and everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. (Quite opposite to the sales staff that's in San Mateo-- most of them can all go to hell in a handbasket for all I care!) Kenny Lew is the SA that handled my annual service. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Just dropped my 335i today for service at Peter Pan. The new facility is 10X better than the old facility. Didn't try the free coffee or pastry...but they got me in and out with a loaner in quick time. If you ever get your car serviced at Peter Pan, ask for Jordan Carrick - great SA
