I replaced the control arms and ball joints with Lemfrodur parts and the large bushing in the thrust arm with the Powerflex (PFF5-5701) polyurethane bushing set to maximum caster. All seems good. No dramatic improvements in steering response, but no increase in NVH either. Ordered all parts from FCP Euro. SyncroDesignworks would be the next level upgrade but much more money and not sure about NVH increases. This works for a CDN car used in winter.

I just refreshed my 2010 335ix this July. FCP has a good video on there site and sells everything as a kit. Take a bunch of pictures prior to disassembly. I had an issue with routing wear sensor wiring on when I put it all together.
