Do you guys use your bluetooth?

Exactly what I wrote do you guys use your bluetooth or still pick up the phone?
I live in CA and I know the law you can't pick up the phone while driving but eh whatever... I have bluetooth just not sure if I want to use it, what happens if people call you and your listening to music does it cut your music out and ringing comes over the speakers? Or what I have an iPhone by the way does this have any advantages as far as more stuff you can do with the bluetooth?

I use mine, sometimes it doesnt work properly though. I find it can be a pain in the ass to disconnect the phone also.
Well since I have an iPhone my ringtones are personal like there music. So does that mean that whatever ringtone I have on my phone it will play over my speakers?

I have an iPhone 3g and have had no trouble. I can disconnect calls just fine. It does turn down the music or pauses the CD and then rings through the speakers. It uses a generic ring though, not any custom rings you have setup on your phone. You can also browse your address book and dial from the radio, but I think that is more dangerous than looking at your phone.

Use it all the time, works great. Couldn't see myself ever getting a car without it.

Just wanted to make it clear, since they are different models the bluetooth chips are likely different and therefore may interface with the bluetooth in the car differently.

On a side note, I have had both the original and the 3g and the internet on the 3g is soooooooooooo much better.

Don't use it that often - drains the crap out of my phones battery life just to leave it active. Use it when I know I'm going to be on the phone for a while - otherwise I just use speakerphone.

i use the bluetooth all the time and have no problem. i think that its EXTREMELY useful because you dont have to use ur phone at all and it basically does the work for you.i really like how it connects by itself everytime i turn the car on

The mic is in the center light console...where you operate sunroof/lights etc.

Bluetooth in the car is freaking awesome. You'd have to be an idiot not to use it. Pauses the music so you can focus on the call.

By the way, the phone itself rings too, at least with my iPhone.
