Speed Sensitive Volume Control

Ok, I know how to turn it down in terms of sensitivity in Idrive but how do I turn it off completely. IMHO this feature is irritating. Anybody know?

I searched and couldn't find an answer.

You can't turn it off.
Best you can do is recite a serenity prayer.
