why +37 degrees?

Anyone know why the system reminds us that the temperature changes + or - 37 degrees?

It's 37 degrees. Was like this in the E46 as well.

thats the range it starts. obviously you haven't lived anywhere else but here. There are lake effects (and other factors) that can cause it to snow at 3C.
